Featuring more than eighty recipes —including Jewish staples like kreplach dumplings, southern favorites such as peach cobbler, and modern fusions like grits and lox casserole—from seventy contributors, Barnett and Harvey explore the African American and regional influences of cherished dishes. Kugels & Collards invites readers into family homes, businesses, and community centers to share meals and memories.
